I do not have my parts yet but I am already thoroughly impressed with the customer service of 27WON. I got a voicemail (sorry missed your call) from Vincent letting me know my intake has been delayed. I think for an executive to give their customers a call directly means a lot to what type of business you are running. I thank you for the voicemail and I can't wait to (eventually) have ALL 27WON parts installed on my civic to represent you guys in Southern California.
