I just got te37sl’s. Specs are 18x9.5 +38. I’ve been seeing mixed opinions all over the forums, so my question is what tire size works best with this offset? 265/35 or 255/40? Will either of these sizes rub? I plan on either buying Falken fk510’s or Michelin ps4s.

I’m at stock height right now and don’t plan on lowering anytime soon. Appreciate any help, thank you.

I just ordered Gram Lights 57DR in the same wheel size for a set of winter/snow tires. System Motorsports (where I bought them) told me either 265/35 or 255/35 would work and not rub anywhere.

I am running 265/35/18 Indy 500's with the same spec wheels lowered with no rubbing issues. You will be fine with either you you choose.

Hi! I'm at stock and I have the Titans 18" +35. I have 265/35 all around. I LOVE the stance, never Rubs! Currently have the Falken 510s on the rear. Waiting until the end of this month to decide what tire I will use next. The 510s are great for daily and inexpensive so I might stick with them ?

+38 will rub with 265’s

don’t listen to those that say they don’t.

you Can run camber though to make it work and bend the fender back a bit

depending on the tire brand some rub less than others

this is IF you drop.

At stock height you’ll be fine either way

I heard from another thread to go with 255 on stock height and 265 with springs. I think that’s the proven method.

265/35 is fine for stock height :)

I have Volk CE28SL in 18x9.5 + 35. I'm lowered on EIbach Sportline springs with SPC rear camber arms running -1.5F/-2.5R. The only fender mod I did was to bend the front fender tab up, rear is untouched.

At stock height, 255/40 would close the fender gap more than 265/35. The taller sidewall of the 40 looks better to me. 265/35 looks awful at stock height. I would use that spec for lowering.
