@Panda-R that tire might not be seated properly? I can’t be sure though. Does it have air in it?

Edit: the tire should fit a 9.5” rim. Even if it was too narrow, you’d end up with a slight stretch.
Yeah. I've been driving around on it. Could be the way the lip is designed on this wheel. Was mounted and balanced at a reputable shop not the Facebook marketplace special.

Anyway I'm swapping the 255/40 Indy 500 out for 275/35 Indy 500 to get more of a meaty look. Tire rack specs say it's still narrower than a 265/35 falken/AD08R/ps4s so its worth a try!

265/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport all season 4 Titan7 Tr-10 18x9.5. Hope this helps.
How do you like these tires? You're the first I've seen on this forum to get some. I have a set ready to be picked up as soon as my T-S5 wheels arrive.

So far so good. I only have around 70 miles on them. I had the Michelin all season 3+ in 245/35/19 on another set of wheels before this. Honestly it seems that they have a stiffer Sidewall than the 3+’s. The feel great so far.

hey... car looks sick... but a side note question.... what Rockguards are you running? It seems like a lot of the “small guys” that made a few runs for the CTR are either out of stock or not making anymore. I don’t want the Rally Armor and there aren’t too many alternatives that I can find in stock...

Thanks man. They looked like a thinner profile but these pics help out. Guess the angles had me confused but good to know.

Did you get the 275/35? I just ordered some TE37s with the same spec as yours and I want to get the same tire. I was going to get the 255/40/18 until I saw your post ?.

Yup but where the tire sits on my wheels is different than the where it'll sit on the TE37 and others. So you may actually look fine on a 255/40. You can see how the lip is still out and doesn't sit in the tire pocket like other wheels. Makes it look like the tires are narrower.
