2018 Honda Civic with 44K miles. The car still has the original tires(Firestone 215/55 R16) on with the rear two looking good, but the front are pretty bad and need replaced. The tire shop is trying to sell me a pair of new tires with a different size for the front, 215/60 R16. They are claiming this will not cause any issues, but wanted to check with others first on this. Thoughts on running different size front and back? Thanks for any feedback you have.

Wrong forum. Might have better luck in the 10th gen forum.

Sorry no base models allowed, this is the FK8 forum.

But to answer your question:

Primarily you should avoid mix matching your tires. Not sure why the shop can't get you two of the same if not sell you 4 new ones.
