Hello guys

I know I'm probably going to earn a lot of hate for that one, but I'm very curious.

Has anyone ever seen a 10th gen/FK8 with 21" wheels? And what did you think about it?

Would 21" wheels even fit on it?

I don't really care about the weight or the loss of performance.

Thank you and greetings

If you ever see one please send me the link, I mean the 20" look pretty small on the fk8

It because the stock wheel setup on the civic type r they are just way too tucked in IMHO it just looks wrong...the tires are already Rubber band thin so that's not the issue. Get some spacers to push em out or get different wider wheels with a more agressive offset...

for 25 ratio, I feel you probably need those solid rubber tire that doesn't inflate. cause that sidewall will pop even easier than the stock size.

These are 18's, and don't look small! IMHO, no sense in even having an R,

if you "don't care about performance downgrade"!
Well tbh if I'm horny for performance I'd just buy a car thats stronger by stock...

Stronger how? HP, sure, you can get more HP. But you can't get better all around performance for the same cost.

With less than 10 track days ever in my life, I pass cars that cost 50 - 100% more than my stock CTR every session. Yes, some is due to driver confidence, but not all of it.

One note to keep in mind is that some people have been able to run 245/35/20 tires on their stock rims. So a 245/30/21 might still fit on the FK8 without fitment issues; though it's better to consult someone like Fitment Industries or TireRack before doing this.

Edit: note that Fitment Industries does list 21" rims available for the FK8. I'd assume they feel like it should fit fine on the car. Actually, I'm pretty sure @Fitment Industries is on here already. They might be a better person to ask.
