I don't know why they are calling that the next gen Civic. Unless they are just taking the 10th gen accord and making it smaller, that render is clearly an accord. The body lines are exactly the same, along with the hood but with a different front end and revised tail lights. I'm not saying the patent drawings posted elsewhere are not possibly the next civic but the lazy person that created those renders started with an Accord.
Yeah i'm pretty happy with my 2020 si sedan if that's even close to what its going to look like. I was worried i'd be jealous too quickly with the newer gen coming out in the next year or two. Time will tell though as I guess the renderings could be way off.
That thing looks like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
Me too, it's vindication I did the right thing getting the 2020 Si. But a hatch Si would get my attention if it looks ok.Yeah i'm pretty happy with my 2020 si sedan if that's even close to what its going to look like. Yeah its not as terrible. Still not a big fan of the front end. It also looks a lot larger in the rear than the current sedan so I don't want them to stray too far into accord territory. I will be interested to see if there is a hatch version as I would have bought the si in a hatch if they had one in the 10th gen. These look a little better, don't kind the back, looks less Accord like.
