$102,000 (!!)

I thought it was nuts back in April when two local dealers had them for $53K and $54k.

They weren't #001, but still...

Thanks guys. Im pretty happy with the result
If you are unhappy with making 102k minus some taxes - please send your unhappy winnings this way. lol

Happy for you man, I think you did the right thing with that kind of return. It's a neat car but if you can pocket that much $$$ - back that trailer up - and take it away thanks.

lol

You like it enough to think about getting a normal one for your needs? Or is this just a one off and you're going a different direction?

I’ve seen hot takes for the CTR, but god damn they are toxic af on BAT in the comments. Almost as bad as the Previous owners of FK8’s who still remain in the FB group’s…

Would love to keep it, but feels bad driving it since it’s number 1. And It gives me anxiety storing something so valuable
I know where you're coming from. When I 'won' the right to buy mine at MSRP I knew it was never going to be a daily driver but figured weekends and track days wouldn't be a problem. With the average second hand price of Australia versions over $USD100k that's nearly double what I paid.

I'm still driving mine weekends but as much as it pains me I'm having serious doubts about tracking it as I don't want to end up with stone chips, discoloured calipers, etc or worse still some muppet hitting me.

@WindJunkie I am a honda/Toyota driver. Had a 2011 civic when I won. Maybe not an enthusiast, but a fan for sure. I am a Bronco/land cruiser enthusiast. I entered for a bronco and saw the civic was ending soon, so i entered on a whim.

I would honestly keep the car if it wasn't number 1. I just can’t justify driving number 1, because of the premium on it.

Also, regarding your comment on the other thread. I can drive a 6 speed just fine. I drove the red civic at the track to preserve my prize at the recommendation of the Honda team.
