I managed to sand it off today with some 600 grit under water. Took maybe 15 min but that’s cause I was trying to be gentle lol. Took a measurement too, the diameter is 7/8 in.

I finally got in a couple of Mugen switches and modified them today. One is the same blue I have in my original switch and the other is "aqua". I actually think the aqua may match the factory "blue" in the ex/lx etc. like my new cluster, but I haven't gotten to see it in the actual car in the dark.

So, I haven't had much time to lately but I have added some things to my civic. I added a front camera, Blind Spot Monitoring, and front and rear park sensors. They all work "ok" lol, not quite as nice as my F150, but good considering they were all cheap straight from China parts.

The park sensors: Lots of wiring but pretty straight forward. There are no instructions and they were super sensitive, so I opened up the control unit and found a potentiometer. I turned that all the way down and it helped a lot with false indications. I probably could have gotten away with just the middle two on the front as the side fronts seemed to be the most sensitive.
Sensor wiring kit:

Switch panel:
The hardest part by far. To get that chinese "P" button to work like OEM was a pain. I had to de-solder the led's inside and flip around (the indicator and backlight LEDS). It now works great, but was time consuming figuring out a way to make it work. They sent a button with the kit, but it took up two spaces like the front camera one, so I wanted to combine the P and traction control into 1 slot.

The chinese camera one is the only one that looks "off" color wise. I plan on getting the turn signal stalk that has the turn signal camera button, and use it for the front cam when needed; and free up this one for rear fogs or something else.

Overall everything works pretty well. The front camera can be activated at any time with the button, but will also automatically come one when the front park sensors detect something. The BSM is ok. It only works when something is moving up in your blind spot (i.e. it isn't on if you are sitting at a red light). The best part of the BSM mirrors were that they are heated, and I tied them into my rear defrost button.

Overall assessment:
BSM: ok
Front park sensors: ok
Front camera: ok
Rear park sensors: good
Heated mirrors: great
Katskinz leather: awesome (wanted leather, but did not want a sunroof; so this was my plan before I purchased the car)

If I had to do it all over again. I would add the leather, heated mirrors, and rear park sensors only. All the other stuff is kinda fluff, but those three are appreciated very much.
