I plan on installing coils at some point and then you start running into rubbing issues. So I’d rather go wider tire instead of taller.
I see. But if I'm running stock height, I should be god, right?

Installed the @ACUITY fully adjustable shifter today. Install is fairly easy and I’d imagine you could do it with very little know how. They provide great instructions written and on a YouTube video. Took about an hour and a half and most was trying to get my shift knob off. Also forgot to put the metal mounting back in for the center console and realized when I was trying to screw one of the final console pieces back in. So I had to disassemble the whole thing again to screw the bracket in. Other than that I had no issues. I only did the shifter so far and didn’t change out the bushings. I’ll do that when I put my prl intake in. But my first thought are that it’s very crisp and precise. I love the shorter throw. I can’t wait to test it on the track because I noticed I was not shifting into 5th a lot because it felt so far away. Also with as beautiful as this shifter is it makes me want to gut the car and cage it. Acuity is also doing a good job at persuading me to do it hahah

Did the acuity shifter cable bushings today. I did not take the battery and charge pipe out to do them. Small one took 5 mins to do. Putting the retainer clip on the bottom was the hardest part. The bigger one took 2 mins 26 seconds to do. I have average sized hands and think it’s unnecessary to remove the battery, tray and brackets plus the charge pipe. Also at 4950 miles and did my first oil change with Amsoil 5w20 signature series and replaced the tranny fluid with ac delco synchromesh friction modified.

So I forgot to update this. I’ve since installed and purchased a bunch of parts to install this winter. I’ve done five or so track days over the summer. Still loving the car but still a lot to work on. Cooling problems are still a thing even with the 2020+ models. I plan on installed a c&r race radiator, adding good vents and an oil cooler this winter. Are there any other suggestions that people have found to help?

Installed the Hasport 82a engine mounts last week. Install wasn’t bad, tranny side you have to remove your intake, battery and tray and unbolt the ecu to get to a couple bolts. I would however do the rear first if I were to do it over again. To get the rear mount bolt to thread you have to move the engine around and it’s quite difficult when you install stiff ass engine mounts. Just used my jack to move the engine into place and got it threaded. Not sure how it rides yet as I’m doing a bunch of stuff but nice to knock that off the list. Might be doing the soon rigid collars tomorrow. We’ll see
