I received additional shipping charge email from Stacey yesterday too, now just waiting on tracking ?Lol Stacey was the one that emailed me about the additional shipping. Did everyone else get notified by her too?
Do these come as a pair, or is it just one rotor? SO do I need to purchase 2 of these to complete the front.https://www.lingshondaparts.com/part-search?partnumber=45251-TGH-A01
You better hurry up and place your order. A number of us have already ordered these and I can’t imagine them having a large supply. Especially, as the word gets out that their price is far less than everyone else’s. They will either raise their price or sell out.
Sold individually. Buy two.Do these come as a pair, or is it just one rotor? SO do I need to purchase 2 of these to complete the front.
So only benefit of these is that they weight less, so less rotational mass. Does it add any different braking, do they cool down faster, have more grip?Sold individually. Buy two.
Wait how much were they before??Price increased x2. Party’s over.
It looks like they are 234 each nowPrice increased 2X. Party’s over.
Before price & shipping increases:Wait how much were they before??
Now you understand why I asked if it was for the pair because the cost is double that of the 2017-2019 rotors. Before price & shipping increases:
Can you explain the added benefits besides reduced rotational mass, please. Now that they are so expensive I want to weigh in cost to benefit ratio. Before price & shipping increases:
If you got that price they shouldn't cancel. However they actually don't control prices, I just called them and they said Honda actually controls the pricing. crazy. Hopefully these go down to normal price in a year or two. This is a normal wear and tear item that shouldn't be overpriced and marked up like the CTR itself.I got my order in super late last night but I'm assuming it will get canceled, time will tell
MotorTrend: "For the same reasons, Honda also replaced the Type R's one-piece vented/drilled front brake rotors with lighter, floating two-piece rotors that should more quickly dissipate heat."So only benefit of these is that they weight less, so less rotational mass. Does it add any different braking, do they cool down faster, have more grip?
