Anyone have the part for the 2020 Grill/Splitter?

I busted my splitter so would rather just replace it with the 2020 lol

That is the part number for the Alcantara shift boot, and the number I ordered. In the box was the 17-19 shift boot.
Damn, my order coming in next week. I hope mine is correct.

Doubt it. I have confirmed with another dealership that the 17-19 boot is in the box with the 77296-TGH-A11ZA

Recently installed the 2020 shifter + shift knob + retaining nut combo but felt the knob is sitting a little too high for my taste because I had to stack 1/4" worth of washers between the knob and nut in order to use the 2019 shift boot.

Did some measurements and confirmed the new setup is significantly taller than using the 2019 shift knob and nut (on 2020 shifter).

Lower height achieved! Should I leave it at this? No, because the 2020 knob feels weightier and better than the lighter 2019 knob.

3M VHB tape to the rescue! I removed the 1/4" worth of washers and taped the top of the 2019 shift boot retainer onto the bottom of the 2020 knob (bypassing the new nut). You can avoid this problem by buying the 2020 shift boot (it comes with the correct boot retainer).

What a difference a 1/4" makes. Basically, this is the same shift knob height as any 2020 CTR coming out of the factory. Honda did it right on the 2020 refresh! Shifting feels so much better during an hour of test drive; I didn't want to stop driving.

Parts needed:
2020 CTR shifter: 54100-TGH-G01
2020 shift knob: 54102-TGH-G00
2020 lock nut: 54103-TGH-G00
1/4" 3M VHB tape

I actually wouldn't mind the active sound control module, all the exhausts I hear sound like tin cans at high RPMs anyway

That might not hold up during the summer, especially in the south.

Will a single, thinner washer not work? If not, is it possible to take the retainer from the 2020 boot off and transfer to an older year? It will definitely suck to spend $80+ to get the retainer but maybe you can sell it to Si folks and they can swap their retainer.

A lot of people are waiting on the new boot. The US supply chain got sent old boots in place of new ones, so that's one issue. The thinnest you could make the washers is about ⅛".

Would it make sense to start a new thread for each new part category as people start installing? 2020 shifter, 2020 brake rotors, etc? I am more interested in some new parts compared to others and I suspect other people are as well.

Welp. Got the wrong part. Where you able to get an exchange or refund?

Working on getting it corrected. The dealership I bought from sent an inquiry to Honda. An acquaintance who works at a Honda parts department also did the same. He says that Honda has confirmed that the inventory is wrong and they are looking into it.

anybody get the new 2020 Steering wheel yet?
I like the idea of having OEM parts, however, i want to get rid of as much of the red, on the wheel, as possible. So, It looks like Ill be going with the Sweidit wheel and boot.
