Too lazy to read if anyones answered this but there is a fix for the popping noise when you sit in your seat, mine does the same thing, I haven't fixed it yet. Apprantly in the back bottom of the seat there is a plastic piece that rubbs over metal when you sit and it can be pushed down to fix. SImply remove the back cloth from the "carbon" back and unscrew to reveal part of the bottom and there is a light gray piece.

Interested, but this screenshot of a gallery is worse than useless.
The full photos won't do much good, you are able to see the general area to be removed on the seat and the plastic part that needs to be pushed down. I think once you in there it will be clear of the part that is making the noise. If not have someone sit in it while you look in the back and watch for what is causing the issue and go from there.

OP screwed up by not following up. He/she will have to burn this username now. Copping to a screwup is usually accepted in most forums, turning into a Karen and ditching is not.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Simply put - this was something the OP was experiencing and not like a lot of us - if it had been a lot of us - then it might be something where we would all be patiently wondering ‘wonder if he got it fixed/figured it out etc’ - I guess we should just be thankful that if you own a CTR - that you weren’t the one going through the issues. Regardless, while I subbed bc I was curious - not going to lose sleep over it ;)
