Last night I got in my car and was met with a headlight warning error. When i got out i seen the passenger side headlights were not working. No low or hi beams and no hazards on that side. The daytime lights and side markers were still working as well as the fog lights. This morning i replaced the 4 10a fuses for the headlights (didnt know which side of the car was left or right so did both sides) and after that i noticed the passenger side day time lights flickering and are now very dim. Only mod to the lights are some led switchback side markers i installed 3 years ago and havent had any problem with.

Update: i put some permatex diepextric grease on the connector and the day time lights are working fine again but still no hazards or low/hi beams. Also am certain its nothing in the fuse box

I’d assume replacement due to having the full LED headlights. That’s how Nissans are setup. Water might’ve killed the LEDs, no bulbs to replace. I’d double check your wiring for the switchbacks if you tapped them into those corresponding wires. Possible that it lost connection if they were just tapped in with those clamp connectors.

I had to replace the whole headlamp assembly because of water. I saved a couple of hundred dollars by buying after market on eBay. It was a perfect fit and have been working fir 4 years.

I emptied all the water out blew it out with an air compressor and then sat it in front of a fan. When i plugged it back up it still wasn’t working but after applying a generous amount of dielectric grease on all of the connectors the lights are now working fine. The “headlight problem” light is still on which is annoying but all lights work now.
