Has anyone done an exhaust swap on the 2020 LX Hatchback? If so, did you center mount it? How far back on the exhaust system did you go? What exhaust? Heard a few problems with the location of the spare compartment.

Several people have made posts on LX or EX hatchback center exit exhaust mods. The two most common options is either taking it to a exhaust shop and having them fabricate an exhaust, or buying an aftermarket conversion from a couple of sources, Prodrager being the most common. I went with a Prodrager conversion, it goes from the front pipe back. Fits great, no installation issues. Those that have one fabricated can start the exhaust where ever they want, from the front pipe, after the resonator, or where the exhaust splits behind the axle.

Before I start attaching a bunch of links, what sort of budget did you have in mind? A Prodrager exhaust is going to cost around $800 - $1050 along with having to buy a sport hatch rear valance which is running a couple hundred dollars now a days. If that’s outside what you had in mind, be sort of a moot point attaching a bunch of files.
