2020 Honda Civic Si Hard ColdStart

Car has 20,000 miles running Phearable stage 2.5 tune (God Mode) and just yesterday started to stutter like you hear in the video whole car shakes then goes normal. No check engine light, brand new battery about 500 miles ago. Also car start to sound like it is misfiring when just idling small pops. What can it be? Blown Turbo? Vacuum Leak somewhere? Car still Holds 26 PSI and peaks at 27 PSI With no fuel cut
