NOTE: I found the answers to my questions and moved them here for anyone else that was wondering the same things so they did not have to dig through this thread for the info. ;)

-----ANSWER-----
Here are the part numbers for the garnishes.

Right Side
71113-TGG-A50ZA - Ralley Red
71113-TGG-A50ZB - Platinum White Pearl
71113-TGG-A50ZC - Sonic Grey Pearl
71113-TGG-A50ZD - Lunar Silver Metallic
71113-TGG-A50ZE - Polished Metal Metallic
71113-TGG-A50ZF - Crystal Black Pearl
71113-TGG-A50ZG - Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic
71113-TGG-A50ZL - Modern Steel Metallic

Left Side
71118-TGG-A50ZA - Ralley Red
71118-TGG-A50ZB - Platinum White Pearl
71118-TGG-A50ZC - Sonic Grey Pearl
71118-TGG-A50ZD - Lunar Silver Metallic
71118-TGG-A50ZE - Polished Metal Metallic
71118-TGG-A50ZF - Crystal Black Pearl
71118-TGG-A50ZG - Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic
71118-TGG-A50ZL - Modern Steel Metallic

Also, please know that you will need additional parts in order to make your Civic compliant with... we'll call it "horn rules and regulations." The additional parts you will need are the following

Horn Resonator - (Goes on the back of one garnish to keep the horn at the proper decibel level.)
38104-TGG-000

3x Tapping Screws - (Used to hold the horn resonator in place. These screws do not come with the horn resonator)
90113-SJA-A00

Radar Cover - (One of the garnishes actually comes with a cut out hole in it. The Radar cover covers up that hole)
71119-TGG-A50

Unbeknownst to me there is another thread that is about this exact topic with someone who has already done the complete swap. The part numbers above are correct. In the below thread the part numbers for the garnishes are one digit off. Before "A50Z" in the part number there is no "zero." For the garnishes use the part numbers I have above. They are 100% correct. Everything else in the other thread is spot on and it contains great pics!

I am looking to replace the boring, plain black fog light covers/inserts on my 10th Gen. I am wondering if any of you know the answers to the following questions.

1. Are the fog light covers in the 2017-2019 Civic Si's the same shape and size as the 2020 Civic Si's? If so, my hope is that I can take out my 2017 Honda Civic Coupe Si fog light covers (Pic 1), and replace them with 2020 Civic Si covers (Pic 2).

2. Is there a "fog light cover" that is like the 2020 kind (assuming there is no size difference between 2017-2020).

3. If anyone knows any other fog light covers that are different then the ones in Pic 3 (I see them all over the place) then please share them as I would love to find some other alternatives assuming that my 2020-2017 fog light cover switch idea fails or is not possible.

It's been a while. Has anyone gleamed any knowledge if the newer fog light covers (2020-) can be swapped into older Civics (16-19)?

Yes, they are interchangeable.
Really? That's incredible news! That is the first on the 'net that I have seen or heard confirmation.

- Did you do this yourself or how did you come by this information?

- Does anyone have any clue where (aside from a junk yard with a wrecked civic) I can get two of these?

I am about to do this on my ‘17 sport hatch for the front and rear to give it an updated look.

I’ve seen some owners did this. Pretty simple swap.

Yeah man! Looking forward to doing this myself and spraying the accent part to match my cars primary color. I just found the part numbers.

Why would you spray it? They come in your car’s color.

I had posted all of the correct/found information about the garnishes here. But I moved it to the top post so people didn't have to hunt for it. ;)

Because my '17 coupe si is the Energy Green Pearl. That color was only produced through 2018 unfortunately.

You will also need the radar cover that is about $10-11 online.
Yeah man! And the self tapping screws apparently. I am trying to figure out now if there is a difference between the '16-'17 & the '18-'19 Coupe Si Civic models. In the thread I posted above I saw that someone said there actually is a difference. Responded to him and am trying to figure that out now. I updated my post with the part numbers with 100% of the info needed to pull off this garnish switch. For anyone who see's this, scroll up. Everything you could need is in the post with the part numbers.

Are these non CTR garnishes?
Or can these 2020 garnishes fit on pre 2020 CTRs?

In O.P.'s post he went over much, but in pic 3 he showed some LED lights that you can easily find on eBay or Amazon. I decided to do a project.

I bought some black wire mesh that you would put in an opening. I cut it out and use silicone to stick it to the back and removed the lights.

Here is the result:

Honda Civic 10th gen 2020 Honda Civic fog light fascia, garnish, covers, inserts "look" on a Pre-2020 Civic. 20210522_154413

It's subtle yet looks kind of mean, gives airflow for my PRL Cobra (and allows horn noise), and looks relatively factory outside of the hole, which is not too crazy. May not look perfect to everyone, but looks good to me, gives airflow to my CAI, and functionality to the fake vent locations.
