Need to change gauge cluster, steering wheel, infotainment unit, bcm, pcm, engine, dash, and roof harnesses, windshield and camera, bumper and/or garnishes. It’s not an easy task my friend. I am a dealer tech, take my word for it.

Lol, it is not necessary, only necessary the car canbus gateway recognize the new devices, my car did not parking sensors or automatic wipes and I installed with sucess, all depends of canbus gateway, the car is predisposed. It's just a matter of price and trim.

They said it was impossible, that Si clusters were incompatible. Well, I have managed to get mine working fully in my 2020 Sport Hatch! Details to come soon, but the ADS Module I salvaged had the data I needed.

As I promised, I will be releasing the "prototype" code for Arduino OPEN SOURCE once I get purchasable units made. The units will be plug n play, and require minimal effort to install beyond taking out the cluster and using a Si replacement. Keep in mind, the odometer will need to be reprogrammed.

Can you do one with Honda sensing or is that out of the question?

Honda sensing works in my 2020 Sport Hatch since I used a 2020 Si cluster. The 2020 Si is the ONLY Si with Sensing capabilities.

Update:

Got sport mode working. I can set it to default on or off, and toggle it with the econ button. Currently it doesn't save the status if the car turns off. I am working on this.

EVERY FUNCTION WORKS! Sport Mode, ADS Errors are canceled, RPM works.
But... my controller board has been overheating on hot days, leaving me without a working tachometer. The 88F+ days do it, but I have some ideas on how to fix it. If my ideas work, I will likely go ahead and start producing V1 units of the cluster swap module, but be aware ONLY 6 Speed MANUAL cars with digital clusters from stock will be supported. I have yet to find a volunteer to try to do an analog to digital swap. Looking at the diagrams, it shouldn't be difficult besides push-to-start replacing the TPMS switch. So, it may require some clever thinking or a bigger audio unit in order to reset TPMS, since the digital clusters have no way to reset the TPMS with a button (that I know of haha).

Also, when are you going to make a build page so that others can see the whole of your build

(I saw it in person at the Dragon folks... It's beautiful)

I cannot otherwise modify the cluster "widgets" from what I can tell.
At the very least, you can send the cluster a new widget config over can, but it's risky. I did this and it broke the customization sequence in the headunit. I'll have to change the config over can from now on.

This is a list of the widgets that were available on my 2017 EX Hatch. Anything not already available from factory did not work. Yours may be different?
Code:
meter tabs

x00 - range/fuel
x01 - avg speed/time
x02 - speed warnings?
x03 - rpm meter thing? is blank
x04 - euro speed limit - is blank
x05 - foot - is blank
x06 - rear seat buckles - doesn't work
x07 - maintenance
x08 - no display
x09 - no display/unit changer
x19 - turbo meter
x40 - audio
x41 - phone
x42 - sms/mail
x43 navigation

Invalid settings can result in:
- Blank icon/ blank screen (x10 for example)
- Blank icon/spinner (x14 for example)
- All factory tabs are shown (actually a reset?)

How and where did you reprogram the odometer for the cluster?
