Here’s how I did it.
Evs Tow Hook & Re-locator

(Wouldn’t buy again, cheap and paint chips super easy on the product)

bolted and torqued

I found it easier to use tape and measure from the top where I need to cut.

Once I lock in garnish I don’t have room to adjust the tow hook at all. Super snug!

Just installed the Raceseng hook. Took a lot of time slowly dremelimg the garnish. But I didn’t see any other options for us w 20+.

Quality kit Raceseng is top notch. It’s not cheap but you can see they spent money and time to make them.

What happens if you apply upward and forward force to it (as if hooked to a winch above and in front of the car)? Is it going to damage the garnish?

The garnish is easy to remove.

Installed the Raceseng kit also with the license plate adapter. I’ll remove the license plate and install the tow hook when I go to car shows or the track. Raceseng quality is A+ and well worth the price in my opinion.
