Looking to sell my 2019 SGP Type R

Reason I am selling is I am looking to purchase a house and can not have 2 project cars. Car has been well taken care of and drives amazing, is up to date with all maintenance using Motul oil. Car is currently tuned by Derf on E45 and made 415hp/397tq. I can also include all stock parts expect stock exhaust and downpipe.
