honda is all about profits as they should. it's volume and profits so sell more is the goal. can't fault them for that, but personally i wish they'd do it like lambo or porsche and have a "club racer" or "track focused" version and charge $10k-$15k more but less volume...it would sell for sure. oh well one can wish but then again honda is high volume not low volume.It just doesn't make sense to me for them to work for a cheaper version - the ones they're making are selling like hot cakes for a premium over MSRP.
Perhaps there are issues with sourcing the LED headlights and the R got the short end of the stick?
