2019 Civic 2.0L center exhaust retrofit 2016 LX 2.0L sedan

I have a 2016 Civic LX 2.0L I’m interested in the OEM 2019 Civic Sport 2.0L center exhaust. From what I’ve found the front pipe and front heat shields are the same.
the center hanger #5 and #4 hanger and #3 hanger are different.
the rear heat shield would have to be added
the rear bumper trim would have to be swapped to accommodate the center exhaust tip.
I know my base LX has a spare tire not sure if the 2019 Civic Sport does or doesn’t , or if it would even matter.

Why not just go with an aftermarket option ? If you want it to be stock quiet, I just bought a used 2012-2013 civic si muffler and took it to an exhaust shop to make it work .... it’s slightly louder than stock LX muffler because it’s for an Si, the sound is perfect for what I wanted.
