2018 Si Fuel Filler drain hole

Where does the fuel drain too, I tried to put some startron fuel treatment in and some spilled out, maybe 2 to 3 ounces. I saw a post saying it drains in front of the rear tire but did not see anything. Is there a drain hose and if so where does it hang or stay? Is it not enough liquid to show up?

It does empty there, but it's connected to the fuel fill neck, just like the overflow drain hole on a bathroom sink.

Only if you fill the fuel neck up to the very top will it spill out onto the ground.

Pour a cup of water onto the drain port below the fuel filler. Observe where the water exits under the car.

Park the car so that it's tilted to the right. This will ensure that the water with flow down the tube rather than out the base of the opened lid.

The other day I went to get gas and opened the fuel door, water was built up and it doesn't drain, what can I do about it I have no idea how to try to unclog it? Thank you
