2018 SI civic wheels on 2013 civic LX

Hey Guys,

I have a 2013 Civic LX 4D, currently i have 195 65 R15 wheels (as per google search)

one of my neighbor is selling his wheels from 2018 civic SI with 2000 miles on them.
SI wheel specs: 2018 Honda civic SI wheels + BRIDGESTONE PONTEZA RE92A Run -flat Tires 225/35/18

for sure these look ultra cool.
will these fit on civic 2013 LX? I have no knowledge or experience on Auto parts. Looking forwards for your expert suggestions.
He is selling these for 950$ (wheels + tires), are these worth the price or i'm getting ripped off.
