I have 2018 Civic Hatchback EX, is there a way to install leather steering wheel on this model?

you can even install type r steering wheel on LX so yes, it does fit, search here, many people installed them already

True. Just installed one today. All steering wheels for this Gen are interchangeable.

True. Just installed one today. All steering wheels for this Gen are interchangeable.

Did you DIY or dealer install? If diy, how hard was it to install?
Haven't been on here in a while. I did the install myself. It was fairly easy and quick. An extra set of hands helps when loosening the centre bolt, unless you have a cordless impact. Main thing to remember is do it on a flat surface, get your wheels and steering wheel lined up before you start, if you can mark the alignment of your tires before starting, it will help later on if you misalign the wheel or something moves, and disconnect the battery before you remove the airbag for extra safety.
