I have a problem with my 2018 1.5T HB. I can hear a sound similar to a broken pulley coming from underneath the driver seat. The sound is there only in Park or Neutral. If I move the shifter into R,D,S the sound stops. Also the noise starts after the engine gets warm. When the engine is cold I can't hear it at all.

Here is a video from this morning:

Do you have any idea where is this sound coming from? The car has only 6K miles.

Sounds like the normal direct injection metal pinning noise to me from the video.

PS: Nice shoes btw.

It wasn't there before. It started two days ago. And why only in Park and Neutral? That's why I think it might be something wrong with the gearbox.

I suggest you take it to the dealer for a check but I think you will get the same answer as mine. I am not too concern because I have heared that noise before from my 2017 HB sport at the same location. I heared it after I parked the car into the garage and I opened the door while the car was in P.
