Checking his post history he hadn't posted since May 2019 when he talked about going flex fuel. And he said "I can't wait to go full E85".

And then this:
Footnote to this install, make sure you know how to use your black box before you start dumping anything over E15 in the car. LOL, everything turned ok, I was going to retune for stock or something else to clear a problem then I found out the problem was sitting in the driver's seat.

Then there was this thread:

In another post he mentions he was running "E74 ish".
He mentioned "running Injen" in another post. That's about all I could see from his post history and that he used Hondata.

Anyway, OP, sorry to hear about your troubles but maybe add some words to the pics? Were you monitoring your fuel trims/running regular datalogs?

Was it tuned with flex fuel kit when it happened?

Checking his post history he hasn't posted since 2019 but there are clues...

E74? Isn't it like straight corn +/- 10%? That's on the high side for this engine (stock).

No, of all things a Hondata supplied ”OEM” tune. It just passed state emissions testing and was in that configuration at catastrophe. E10 on the display.
