My friend has a set of winter tires he is willing to sell me.

The size from what I remember is 250/50/R17.
Michelin X-Ice.

I am lowered on D2 springs.

My question is, will they fit?

I think you mean 215/50R17, because what you said is not a real size. 215/50R17 is perfect fitment on everything other than the Type R
