2017 Honda civic Hatchback rear control arms.

I recently was looking my car over for signs of stress on the control arms and noticed the rear uppers that attach in the middle were off center. is this normal or could these be no good anymore? had a rear impact with brakes applied so trying to track down reasons my car is tracking every which way but straight. Already found a bad lower bushing on the same control arm directly on the wheel that was closest to the impact. and my front passenger shock has lost 1 inch of ride height. was hit drivers side off center rear bumper by a car doing 40-50km hr.

In this picture they look like they are forward justified as well...hard to tell though. I have had front control arms do that and cause "memory steer" issues before however.
