2017 Hatchback EX to Sport Rear Bumper

I couldnt find a thread on this so here goes.

I have a 17 EX Hatchback and want the Sport rear bumper. I dont think I would need to replace the actual bumper but I dont the trim pieces would have to change. Anyone know what parts and part numbers I would need minus the exhaust to do this?

Check out this thread http://www.civicx.com/threads/underbody-trim-from-sport-lx-hatchback.8355/ I listed a couple of receipts with part #'s the only thing is the blank spot where the muffler would be.
The rear trunk floor is lower on Non Sport / Touring models
