I purchased the OEM cargo tray. It fits well and cleans easily. My only dissatisfaction is the coating on the tray presents a tendency for items to constinously slide around.

It looks like the item you posted should be less likely to cause items to slide. The flat floor of the Hatchback Sport, unlike non-Sport models, should make for a straightforward install. Be careful when trimming. Keep us posted.

I bought a generic Weathertech mat at Costco and it worked well. A little trimming here and there and it did it’s job. The more expensive ones may have a raised lip around the edge but I didn’t need that. When I traded for a coupe, the mat and the husky liners all came with me.

The product I linked worked out well! I was able to easily cut off the sides and the top to fit perfectly.

I have the OEM mat. I also have the cargo net. It helps keep stuff from sliding around.

I may have to invest in a cargo net.

Old thread, but can you post any pics? Would love to see how well it fits in the Sport trim.

Thanks!

Would any of the other 2016+ civic trunk mats fit on the 2016+ hatchback?
