My wife bought a 2017 Honda civic si. It has dual climate control but the passenger side never changes temp. It has the two knobs to change the temp and the temperature you pic is displayed on the upper corners of the radio. The passenger side shows no temp no at all and blows cold. Any ideas

There is a self diagnostic procedure for the HVAC system that you can run. It's in the service manual, however if you can't find it reply back and I'll dig it out tomorrow (Monday).

Climate Control Self-Diagnostics Mode
  • Turn ignition on but do not start the car.
  • Press and hold the climate control On/Off button, into off when held.
  • While still holding the climate button, press the REAR defrost button five or six times.
  • The front defrost button will light and the system will go through several self-tests including the blower.
  • After the self-tests have completed, an A/C Error & Status Display screen will display. There are four pages of statuses. Check each for any errors.
  • Press and hold the Error Clear button for five seconds to clear any saved errors if desired.
  • Cycle the ignition back off to exit.
