I understand the production car will be debuting at the Paris Auto Show in early October. Maybe a late October/early November release in North America?

Certainly a more aggressive look that either the Sedan or Coupe. Now we know that a black grill can be ordered from Honda and should fit on the Sedan or Coupe.

Really? How? It looks like someone just chopped the trunk partway off of a sedan... Pretty much looks the same to me.

The Type R concept is rumored for Paris. I think the production hatchback will show up at a private event Honda will hold for the press next month and hit the showrooms at the end of August or early September.

That front end on the hatch looks super similar to the Si Coupe spy shots. Gives me a feeling that there's going to be an Si hatch with a different tag.

They will likely start arriving next month but Honda may not send them to dealers until they have enough inventory to spread around.

I love how the lower portion of the rear bumper has the painted part of the lip jet out, as well as how the lower black portion flows around it. I can't wait to see the untamed R,s body!

I'm really glad there releasing the car in the concept color sonic gray. Can't wait to see the color in person. A few more things I hope we get... Leather steering wheel and armrest in the sport and sport touring. Drop the lane watch and put a real blind spot monitoring system in. My last thing is I really hope the cargo room is a big jump from the 4dr. I wished it was a little more like the tsx wagon in terms of space. Hopefully this week we can get some news from Honda...

Nah, they won't drop the Si motor in a base car. I have the feeling it's mostly cosmetic enhancements. Maybe cloth seats with a leather steering wheel and shift knob. Maybe sport pedals. Something like that.
