2017 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring here. I know the headlights are LEDs, but what about the rest? I'd like to swap everything out with LEDs if possible.

Fog lights: H8
Side Markers: 2821
Tail lights: LED
Rear Brake lights: 7440
License Plate lights: LED

Map lights: 175
Rear / Dome lights: 175
Cargo space lights: 168

2821/175/168 are all the same connector, just different wattage.

You missed the centre brake light (LED), backup lights (921), rear turn signals (7440A - but you will need resistors or a controller, if swapping with LEDs, to eliminate hyper flashing.

Yes. As I mentioned, 2821/175/168 all use the same connector. If replacing with LEDs, you won't have to worry about incorrect wattages. Most LED replacements I've seen, and used, were all spec'd out as 194. I replaced all my map/dome and cargo lights with 194 LEDs. The same will work with the sidemarkers. I did at first install amber LEDs for the sidemarkers (I replaced the amber reflectors with the clear lenses), I personally didn't like the "hotspot" appearance of the LEDs when lit in the clear sidemarkers, so I switched them for regular amber bulbs.

I've also replaced my backup lights and brake lights with LEDs. Fog lights I stayed with the H8 halogens, but replaced them with Hoen Endurance (Yellow) H8 bulbs. I didn't want to have to deal with resistors or decoders, so I left the rear turn signals stock. But many here have successfully replaced them with LEDs with no hyper flashing.
