AAhhh....toucheNo because the 6MT for the sport with the centered exhaust has the same fuel numbers as the 6MT LX so the exhaust isn't a causality.

That and the penalty of the heavier wheel/tire combos. It's got a sport oriented CVT of course the fuel economy numbers go to the shitter...
I read this maybe 20 times, am I just tired because I can't understand what is trying to be said here...How is get Summer between 942 to 50 miles to the gallon
Im not to familiar with CVTs but the hatch and sedans still have the same ratios ofIt's got a sport oriented CVT of course the fuel economy numbers go to the shitter...
Assuming weight isn't the issue, I don't see any other reason for the decline. Seems to only impact hwy mpg which would suggest drag. The drop in fuel economy on the sports are obvious but the drop in the non sport are a little surprising. Think maybe it's just aerodynamics that are dropping the numbers? (Comparing to the Sedan)
I haaate it when manufacturer literature says "L4 engine."Here's the link to Honda News with all the 17 hatch info, prices and grades and option breakdown.
