You can be sure the Si and Type R will get their own press launches and media drives. When the Type R finally drops in the US, Honda will make sure it gets a big media blitz.
My guess is the coupe will be in the hands of the auto journalists early and embargoed for a while, then they can release reviews of coupe and sedan at the same time.
