2016 Civic LX wheel compatibility

Hello,

Recently bought a 2016 Civic LX (my first car)and looking to buy alloy rims. I’ve been wondering if used 18” Civic sport rims would fit/have any negative impacts/require any modifications. I’ve been dabbling with the idea of aftermarket wheels like RTX/RSSW as a budgetary alternative. My concern is whether or not they are worth buying if they are easily prone to damage. any wheels from any trim from all 10th gen civics are direct fit (except TYPE R)
I personally have 10th gen accord wheels and tires on my LX
