hello guys, im having problems with my civic, i own a civic hatchback with cvt transmission, one night driving my car stop an some light start to flash, i take the car to a Honda dealer and they said soemthing about theelectric valves from the transmission, have particles inside.
They change the electro valves on warranty, the transsmision was ok, but, some lights go on while i was driving, i came back to the dealer, and they dont now how to solve the problem so they decide to bring me the possibility to take to another Honda dealer, who doesnt want to repair nothing about the car because he thought the car was flashed.
A third Honda dealer wants to see the car, because i talk to Honda directly, and at this time, after 3 months with the car inside the garage, they said me that Honda refuse my warranty because i change my rings, from the original ones to a 19. Also they offer me to change the transmission, paying 12'5k.
After this i came to a friend garage, he found the problem, the 3 forward clutch friction disk where without the paste, probably because i allways change between R to D fast. he change this kit and also change the oil and the transmission start to run well.
Im still having lights on my pannel, and they cant find where is the problem, also i cant came back to Honda dealership because they refuse to see my car.
Someone having the same errors? or maybe know the problem?
The car have some mods: 19" japan racing wheels, exhaust, and now its running a flash from a dealer called br performance.
