How do you guys think these 18" rims found on the Accord Coupe would look on the Civic? My brother thinks they're hideous but I dunno, I'm strongly considering these over the 9th gen Si wheels.

Not a bad choice...if you want my opinion, take a look at the CRZ HPD 18'' wheels. They don't look too bad and for the price, they aren't bad. The biggest selling point is that they are made by Enkei and weigh only 20 pounds. They are an inch bigger than the stock setup yet with tires can be up to 7 pounds lighter on each corner compared to stock. That's a big difference and it's an oem wheel. Reducing that much rotational mass I bet you would feel a difference in the improved handling and even braking. I played around with the numbers a bit. Even if you went with a wider tire (225 as opposed to 215 on stock setup), you would still save 2 pounds on each corner, using a high performance summer tire. I think people have been paying $230 a wheel new which is a great price, but I bet you can find them even cheaper.

On another side note, everyone is going crazy for the 18'' si wheels. Don't get me wrong; you can get them for a very inexpensive price. However, the weight of them would kill it for me. They are incredibly heavy at around 28 pounds if I remember correctly. That's ridiculous.

So would these wheels fit on a '16 civic sedan? Isn't the offset different enough to be an issue?

I believe the offset for the Accord wheel is 55mm. The offset for the stock Civic wheels is 45mm.
