2000 Honda civic lx

I have 2000 Honda Civic Lx it started to give me problems had my body run and check what codes were coming up and he told me 2 of my cylinders were not firing. So decided to change wires then plug but in doing so I must have not push the plug wire down till it clicked and started the car it shut off on me and could not get it to start. I gapped the plugs at .44 and wires correctly but now there is no spark also fuel pump will not turn on and I can't put my car in gear not sure if I blew a fuse or relay any one ever have this problem?

Definitely posted in the wrong section..maybe even wrong forum haha but I'll help regardless. Check the top right fuse (15 amp I believe) in the fuse panel under the hood. You may need a new ignition coil. Are you sure the fuel pump isn't turning on? Check your relay or test it with a known good one. You are sure you have the spark plug wires back in the correct order?
