Are the new style vents actually vented or still solid?
Solid, there is small holes behind the vents that would not produce much air. It actually might put more drag on the car.

Anyone else try the eBay ones yet? I saw they were marked down so I ordered the front ones to see. The quality actually looks really good. The only obvious difference I see is the high gloss area around the fog light is more dull than my OEM 2019 ones.

I considered those as well as they are significantly cheaper than the OEM ones, but i've heard many horror stories with fitment issues with eBay parts in general and that scared me away... definitely keep us posted! Did you see rear ones on there also? For some reason I only remember seeing the front ones on there (but it's very possible that I had a derp search typed in as well)

You should test fit them before paint. I bought a set last year when they came out and it wasnt even close to fitting; pretty sure they were sending FK7 ones rather than FK8 as the clips werent even close to lining up. I'm curious if the newer ones are fixed now?

Thanks for the heads up! These ended up NOT fitting so I started the return process ?. I did find some other $200 ones that showed the backs and they look identical to the FK8 ones. I ordered those and will report back. If those are a bust then I give up lol.

Got them on the car. A couple notes are that the passenger side sensor cover is molded to the cover unlike the OEM piece. This has potential to make future vent removal challenging. The other thing to keep in mind is the “gloss black” surrounding is not at glossy as OEM. Other than that, I think they are decent but anyone that is looking for a perfect fit and finish should probably go OEM.

They look really good. Did you have a shop paint them?

Man that's sooo much cheaper than what I paid for my oem ones. BTW even on the oem factory passenger vent the sensor cover is molded also.
