First of all, I have stock fuel system. I run E30-35, and KTunerV2 (RV6 front/down, 27Won CAI, Siri Flex-Fuel). I am getting intermittent p0172 codes wich trigger all of the other usual dash alerts (hill/emissions, ...). Any soultions? The car runs fine imho, but the codes are annoying.

You check to see if your car was affected by the fuel pump recall?

Or could be an injector issue to which there was another warranty extension for.

Is your rv6 downpipe catted? And are you running a custom tune for the e30 blend?

Catless and looking for a decent tuner near me.
So just to be clear, you’re running a base map tune with the modifications?

I highly highly suggest you stop driving your car before anymore major damage is done. The base map you are on cannot account and adjust for all mods you are running. Get a tune before you drive again. I recommend reaching out to Drob at imw if there isn’t a decent tuner in your area. Even if you do find a decent tuner, make sure they specialize in 10th gen civics are they very different then past civic models.
