18x9.5 +45 options??

Other then WedsSport TC105X and the Titan7 T-S5 and T-S10 what other options do we have in the 'ideal' 18x9.5+45 size? I know there are other options like the Enkie T-SV with a +40 that has been tested and works well. And I believe there is an CE28 in a +42 as well. Let's try and compile a some sort of list of suitable 9.5in wheels between +40 and +50 offsets.
