Hello, Is anyone here rolling on 18.85 +40 on 225/40? I just need feedback if it will cause me any issues.

Thanks in advance.

Youll be good. I have 18.5s +35s. Your tires will be a little stretched but it will be alright

Thanks mate, appreciate it.. I think I will go for 235/40 if so, If I lower about 3cm later on do you think I will have issue rubbing? Cheers.

sorry to bring this up again, im looking at 18x8.5 + 40 offset. Will this fit with my stock tires 235/40R18 that came with my stock wheels or should I buy a new set of tires to better fit the new wheel?

Here in Hawaii, Safety Inspection will reject, if tire side wall is poking out from car fender when visual check perpendicular from top of fender.

My Hatch + Si spring has Gram Light 57CR 18x8.5+37, mounted with Michelin PS4S in stock size. Tire side wall is in line with fender. No poke. 9 lbs weight saving per corner and very noticeable improvement in handling and acceleration.
