16' Touring Sedan

Hi everyone,

Looking for recommendations on what performance upgrades to complete first.
I have a 2016 Civic Touring Sedan. I know its CVT so its potential isn't as good the MT.

I was thinking of doing buying a Hondata to tune my car first then possible get a front and downpipe (friend persuaded me from getting a Cat back as there isn't much gains there alone) then a CAI.

Any recommendations on parts or if i should change the order in what i do it in? Might be a few months in between each upgrade.

KTuner and better tires and call it a day. Guaranteed to be the best two mods you can get.

Is it beneficial at all to have a CAI installed?
