'16 leather issue

Wondering if anyone has had this issue. Seems like it's either caused by leg pressing on this spot or a deformity in the cushion.
First pic is car 2 months old
Second pic Honda replaced the leather and this is 5 days later.
Note that they didn't install the new leather properly it's loose and foam showing, lots of wrinkles. Thinking it won't last and will need to be replaced again. Is it insane to expect there not to be an indent in that spot with leather 2 months or now 5 days old?

Could be a result of an imperfection in the foam cushion used. Suggest you be there and check the foam and ensure uniform density around the circumference of the seat pad. Eapecially the spot where you note the indentation.
