15 inch or 16 inch steelies for winter tires

Im looking to get steelies for my 2017 hatch, just not sure what size to get, would a 15x7 fit? if so what tire size would be best? Or just go 16x7?

I bought from Costco the following for my LX 2016:
Steel rims: X40922 (Hubcentric) 15"
Tires: Blizzak 195/65/15
You also need lug nuts (Can't use OEM)
I'm very satisfied with my set up for the winter.

Oh ok, so you need flat bottom lugs to fit flush?

If you buy at Costco they cost around $15. (Cdn) for 20 lug nuts
