Not that great for me. Was running 13.9-14.1. Reflashed and ran a couple 13.8s @103mph. I'm running no faster on Boostane (and Boostane tune) than I did on straight 93 octane. Actually, I am running slower. Back to the drawing board of tricks.

I apologize if I sound disappointed. Running 13.8s in a Honda with a CVT transmission is friggin' fantastic. If I never went faster then this , I'd still be completely happy.

I keep chasing for that extra 1/10th though. I can almost taste a 13.2-13.3 run (Rather a couple 12.9s). It's just something in me.

Nope...just go back to your Race Fuel.
And if you really want to improve the number you’ll need to go with SLICKS and the thin Rear wheel set-up as all the tuners use on theirs.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I'm pretty sure these GoKarts would smoke all of our Civics. Cool off topic video nonetheless.

Are your more recent runs with hotter ambients? I figured your trap speeds might nudge up a little if nothing else. This talks a lot about tire inflation and how to determine if yours is optimal for launch. The thumbrules are for slicks/drag radials... but the procedure for doing a burn out and reading the tracks should be universal. Might be worth looking at since staying on all season tires is killing you off the line... that and pedal dance CVT burnouts have got to be fun to try. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.racingjunk.com/news/2014/12/30/proper-tire-pressurization/amp/

I've ran a couple of runs in cooler ambient temps (40-50f range). My IAT and IAT 2's are always pretty good (withing 10F of Ambient) most of the time. I noticed after getting home from testing that the tune I would be testing on would have zero timing advance on the Boostane tune. Late last year, I switched from having a version 1 Ktuner (The old, OLD Ktuner) to a Version 2. It seems that it has something to do with my maps being switched around when I leave the Ktuner hooked up while starting up the car versus me connecting it after the car starts up. I notice with the V2 hooked up, the map would automatically be switched to map 3 however, I'm not sure if this is the same tune on map 3 as when the Ktuner is not hooked up.

It sounds confusing, I know. Just know that when I check my datalogs when I get home, my timing advance is at zero in all rpms, in every gear and I be running the high 13's/low 14 range. My 93 octane tune has pretty aggressive timing advance and my Boostane tune even MORE timing advance. On all my slower runs, that is not what I saw in my datalogs. I need to be better prepped at the track and fully understand when and when not to hook the Ktuner v2 up for datalogging, so my maps don't get switched around and screwed up.

Yeah. All that map switching stuff... plugging in vs not... is what I asked that my TSP Stage 1 just have the 24.5# map be in map 1 position that starts by default. I don't want to fumble through maps to get the hot map selected. If I don't want 24.5#... I'll not push down on the gas pedal quite so far.

Smart move! I have absolutely no use for any other maps than the max maps to be honest. :) The drivability is just better all around.

We were curious what kind of times everyone was running, but had a hard time find anything. Let's put together a thread for everyone to post 1/4 mile times to help push this platform even further!

To help avoid repetitive questions and keep things concise, we ask that you post the following:
  • Picture of Time Slip
  • Year/Model/Sub-Model
  • Trans
  • Modifications
  • Power Numbers (If Known)
Track name and elevation is a plus!

We have put together two lists (Stock Turbocharger and Upgraded Turbocharger) as of 11/5/19. If we left anybody/anything off the list or have any information incorrect or dated, please let us know, as this was not our intent. We encourage the community to keep on pushing this platform and providing data!

Running almost 113mph trap speeds on stock turbo? That's impressive!

Note, this was on the stock all-seasons.

First run of the day was against my buddy's Type-R. He had second gear lockout, so I took the win on that one.

Best run of the day I ended up against a GTR. Ouch, haha.

@PRL Motorsports
During this 1/4 mile run, I had the stock front pipe and stock exhaust. Everything else is correct. Thanks!
