Just wondering if anyone has tried the 100 Octane in their 1.5t.

Just found a small gas station that carries it.... Any warnings? I am thinking ill try a half a tank?

Thoughts?

personally i would think it would work as long as it is unleaded gas, just becasue it is a boosted car so the turbo likes the higher octane and would run smoother and more efficient. I have seen a huge difference in my buddys ex-t when he runs reguar vs premium, which makes me very tempted to mix in some 100 octane gas in mine, i only use premium so it would be intresting to see, I wanna break her in a bit more before i do anything tho

Unless you are tuning for it I wouldn’t expect any improvements over 93.

I've heard a lot of stories of people in higher end cars that use 100 and see big improvements.. I'm just not sure if the civic would qualify for that

I only use 98-100 octane in Europe.
You can find 95 too and the difference is big. The response in acceleration is different.
