2017 EX-L sedan. Best run I ever had was 5.7 seconds. 93 octane. Ambient temps in the low 50's. Ktuner 21psi with aggressive quick settings. Only power mods are an AEM Dryflow/Mishimoto silicone intake hose "stage 1" combo. Consistently, I can get 0-60 in 6 seconds flat.

5.7-5.8 is around the best I can achieve with the car. The biggest factor for a good 0-60 so far has been tire traction with the stock 16 inch wheels. I use Ktuner 21 map with all adjustments maxed and boost by gear at 12 PSI. Any more in 'first' gear I spin and the ECU will not simulate the gear shifts and just keep revving towards redline. I'll try and do some passes and post the app I use later.

Yes. CVT will generally yield consistently quicker times than the manual which will vary depending on shifting skill.

I know you've mentioned you think the CVT is crap and you're entitled to your opinion. But I'll tell you what. I drove MT's for 25+ years and this CVT is better than expected. Combined with the KTuner tweaks, my car is fun to drive.

5.8 with the 1ft. rollout, which is what most car magazines use for advertised figures. 6.1 without the 1ft. rollout. Time measured using Dragy GPS Performance Meter ($150), which has proven to be just as accurate as a Vbox, something magazines also use quite often.

Mods/Setup
6MT Sport Hatch
Ktuner V2 Custom E30 VitTune
PRL Stage 1 (Silicone Hose + Afe Dry Filter)
PRL FMIC
Greddy Supreme SP Catback

Nice - I like the Dragy system, seems like a good investment to monitor performance most accurately as cellular GPS is nowhere near as accurate.

Yeah... 2 shifts needed to reach 60 mph makes our manuals pretty lackluster in a 0-60. The CTRs do it in about 5-flat. I assume they can reach 60 at the tippy top of 2nd without having to get to 3rd. Maybe I'm wrong and, if I am, that says even more to how impressive it is.

I am assuming yes given the extra room below the rev limiter.

Anybody timed an Si 0-60 stock? Best time Ive seen is by Car and Driver at 6.3secs without traction control fully disabled probably, not sure how much of a difference that would make tho..

What mode do you guys use for these on the CVT? S D or L? Traction on or off? Any brakeboost or whatever its called holding brake and gas (I know its not good for tranny)? I have essentially the same setup as you. K&N drop in, PRL hose. Ktuner Stage 2/ECO option.

Lowered my time down to 5.6 secs with 1ft. rollout.

Can you measure custom intervals using Dragy? (30-50 mph, 50-80 mph, etc) .. these rolling pulls would be more useful in getting real numbers with regards to stock vs with mods.. times from a standstill depend so much on the launch which is very difficult to keep consistent with a fwd manual car like ours.. also not sure how well the clutch would hold up with repeated hard launches, especially running hondata/ktuner
