You may not be able to run the KYO EI Kics rings in conjunction with the centercap adapters. Sometimes the flange on the adapters cannot be used with rings.

The solution was to purchase plastic Enkei hub centric rings and evenly sand them down by about 1/3 of the thickness. They still function well and now fit with the Volk center cap adapters and center caps.
